Winter Special
From early November to the end of March we offer a '4-night Special' at Dunhallin. This means you can have a fantastic 4-night stay in the Highland capital from under £20 per person per night. Availability is limited and on a 'first come, first served basis.
Arrival and Departure
Our normal arrival time is between 1600hrs and 2000hrs. If you wish to arrive outwith these times, we'd be grateful if you get let us know in advance. On the morning of departure, rooms are to be vacated by 1000hrs although you are welcome to use the lounge or leave your bags if required.
Payment Methods 
We currently accept Mastercard, Visa and Maestro (Switch). Credit cards and all non-UK debit cards are subject to a 3% surcharge with no surcharge applicable to UK debit cards. Cash is also welcome, as are personal cheques (from a UK account) when accompanied by a valid guarantee card.
Cancellation Policy
Credit or debit card details are required at time of booking. No charge will be made if a reservation is cancelled 7 days or more prior to noon on day of arrival. Bookings cancelled after this point will be charged for unless the rooms can be re-let, in which case no charge will be made. In the event of no-show, no refunds will be made for bookings made on the advance purchase tariff, ie the entire cost of your stay will be charged.
We strongly recommend that, in case of unforeseen circumstances, you have in place an insurance policy to cover the entire cost of your stay
