Winter Offer

From early November to the end of March we offer  '3 nights for 2' at Dunhallin.  This means you can have a fantastic 3-night stay in the Highland capital for just £112 when two people share.  See our special offers page for more details.

Arrival and Departure

Our normal arrival time is between 1530hrs and 2100hrs.  If you wish to arrive outwith these times, please contact us beforehand.  On the morning of departure rooms are to be vacated by 1000hrs although you are welcome to use the lounge if required.

Payment Methods          

We currently accept Mastercard, Visa and Maestro (Switch) cards with no surcharges.  Cash is also welcome, as are personal cheques (from a UK account) when accompanied by a valid guarantee card.

Cancellation Policy

Credit or debit card details are required at time of booking.  No charge will be made if a reservation is cancelled 72 hours or more prior to noon on day of arrival.  Bookings cancelled after this point will be charged for unless the rooms can be re-let, in which case no charge will be made.  In the event of no-show the entire cost of your stay will be charged.
