The Dunhallin Flat

The Dunhallin Flat is an extremely comfortable self-catering, ground-floor flat situated off a small courtyard to the rear of the house.  It has a private entrance and is suitable for two adults only.

Accommodation consists of an open-plan lounge/kitchen area, one double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and a shower room.  Facilities include:

  • Wireless internet
  • Fully equiped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher
  • Access to laundry
  • Books and games
  • Television and dvd player with free loan of dvds
  • Access to patio area with, in spring and summer, table & chairs
  • Linen and towels provided
  • Centrally heated

All prices are fully inclusive of gas central heating, electricity, linen and towels. There are no extra costs.

Terms and Conditions
A 25% non-refundable deposit to be paid at time of booking with balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Should there be a necessity to cancel the refund policy on the total price is:

6 weeks notice 80% refund of balance
2 weeks notice 60% refund of balance

With less that 2 weeks notice there is no refund. We strongly advise guests to arrange appropriate insurance cover.
